I’m Molly James – creativity researcher and creativity-loving educator! I wish I were independently wealthy and could stay home and pursue all my creative interests. But, alas, I must work! Since I cannot stay home and dabble, instead I go to work and dabble – with some fantastic, joyful, silly, creative types – kindergarteners! I teach at an independent school in NJ so I have a bit of freedom to infuse creativity into my classroom.

When I am not in the classroom I am a fencing coach, competitive fencer, hiker, 1/2 marathoner, musician, knitter, jewelry maker, lover of all things creative, sister, daughter, god-mother, cousin, niece, friend and (hopefully) all around good egg!
